We have specialized in custom made jewelry for over 15 years, offering in-person consolations with our designers for a hands-on experience to bring your concepts to life. We take a practical approach to your ideas, and offer our expertise and experience to best accommodate your style, ensure durability of the piece, and ensure affordability of the custom project.

WHAT DOES OUR PROCESS LOOK LIKE?
OUR GOAL
Our goal is that you have an enjoyable and productive experience, with the opportunity to touch and feel pieces from our vast inventory for examples and design ideas. We love creating pieces commemorating a celebration in your life, repurposing or redesigning family heirlooms, and catering to your lifestyle and taste.
WE START WITH AN IN-PERSON MEETING
We start with an in-person meeting, no appointment necessary, with a one-on-one consultation with either David, Clay or Austin to establish what you have in mind. Your stones never leave our store, we measure and grade your diamonds while they are held securely in our safe. By using CAD software’s (computer aided design) we create your initial design and computer generated renderings for a realistic view of what colors, textures and design elements your piece will have. We can exchange renders through email, text, or to be reviewed in person.
DESIGN APPROVAL
Once a design is approved, we finalize the CAD design and your new casted piece is prepared. Once the casting is complete we set the stones and finish the piece right here in our store.
Jewelry Repair
For Things That Cannot & Should Not Be Replaced
When it comes to your jewelry, we understand and honor the sentimental value you hold with each piece. We take the upmost care in handling your jewelry and family heirlooms whether you are having your jewelry appraised or repaired. We handle all appraisals and repairs in house, so you can trust your jewelry never leaves our store. As far as repairs, our repair services include but not limited to:
- Ring Sizing
- Setting and tightening of diamonds and gemstones
- Diamond and colored stone replacement
- Polishing, Refinishing and Rhodium Plating
- Pearl Restringing
- Soldering and laser welding
- Clasp Repair or Replacement
Please note, because every piece is unique and every repair job is different, we cannot quote price over the phone, email or by website. To inquire if your jewelry is in need of repair and to obtain a price quote, please bring your jewelry in store for inspection and quote. No appointment necessary.
