As a complimentary service to our customers, free gift wrapping is available.  Simply choose the free gift wrapping “yes” option at check-out or mention this request to one of in-store sales associates.

Do you have unwanted, broken or out of date jewelry that you’re no longer wearing? We pay cash, check or trade-in value on something from our store.

We purchase gold, silver, and any other precious metals.  This includes coins, rounds, and bars. Prices are determined by the weight of the metal and the spot market price. We will also purchase loose or mounted diamonds and any other precious gemstones upon our discretion.

We perform appraisals for insurance or estate settling purposes and routinely work closely with insurance companies to ensure accurate coverage for your most precious jewelry items. By having a thorough appraisal performed and then insured, you can rest peacefully knowing that your jewelry is covered in case of theft, loss, or disaster.

Will I need to leave my item?

Yes, please be expected to leave your jewelry up to one week in order to have it thoroughly cleaned and examined by our staff. During your visit you will receive a detailed receipt listing the items you are having appraised so you can assure your items stay together. This receipt will also document the expected date of completion and price of appraisal. All jewelry items are safely kept in our vaults while in our possession.

What other information do I need to know before appraising?

All jewelry items will be cleaned, free of charge, during their time with us.  We will also inform you of any damage and potential repairs.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal through online orders. As for in store purchases, we offer financing through Wells Fargo and Layaway.

Wells Fargo Financing (Must apply in-store ONLY)

Apply in store for the opportunity of 0% financing for 12 months subject to approval. Credit decision handled by Wells Fargo, credit information for applicant(s) not given to store employees or stored. Once approved, terms will come directly from Wells Fargo and payments are handled through Wells Fargo.

Layaway

If you find a piece of jewelry in our store, but you’re not ready to pay for the full amount that day, consider in-house layaway. The piece is reserved for you for a 20% down payment with the remaining balance to be paid within 6 months.
