Let's Bring Your Vision to Life
No appointment is required, but we recommend scheduling a consultation so we can dedicate time exclusively to your project.
During your visit, you'll have the opportunity to browse our showroom, try on different styles, and discuss what you like—and just as importantly, what you don't. If you're redesigning an existing piece, designing something to match an existing piece, or something new all together with diamonds and gemstones you possess, we'll carefully inspect your jewelry, evaluate any diamonds or gemstones you plan to use, and take all necessary measurements and sizing to ensure the finished piece fits beautifully.
What happens during this step:

Concept & Design
Turning Ideas into Reality
Once we understand your vision, our designers begin creating concepts tailored specifically to you. Using the details from your consultation, we'll prepare realistic renderings of your custom piece and provide a detailed quote.
The best part? Most of this process can be completed remotely. We'll text or email your renderings so you can review them from anywhere and provide feedback at your convenience.
You'll receive:

- Opportunity to request changes before moving forward

CAD & Revisions
Fine-Tuning Every Detail
Before production begins, we'll make sure every detail is exactly how you envisioned it. If needed, we can produce a physical wax model that allows you to see the size, proportions, and overall feel of your jewelry in person before it's made.
Once you've approved the final design and pricing, we'll collect any diamonds, gemstones, or gold that will be incorporated into your new piece and prepare them for production.
During this stage:
- Review detailed CAD models
- Make any final revisions
- Optional wax model for in-person evaluation
- Final approval of design and pricing
- Collect customer-supplied diamonds or gold (if applicable)
- Be prepared to provide 25% deposit up front

Production
Where Craftsmanship Takes Over. This is where the magic happens.
Your custom piece is handcrafted in our shop by experienced jewelers who take tremendous pride in their work. Beginning with the raw casting, every surface is shaped, assembled, set, polished, and inspected by hand until it meets our standards for beauty, durability, and precision.
Every custom piece receives the same level of care we'd expect for our own family's jewelry.
Our Craftsmen will:
- Assemble and finish your casting
- Set diamonds and gemstones
- Hand polish every surface
- Perform multiple quality inspections
- Prepare your piece for its final presentation

Delivery
Your Story, Finished. The moment you've been waiting for.
Once your custom jewelry passes its final inspection, we'll notify you that it's ready for pickup. Before you leave, we'll review your finished piece together, answer any questions, and ensure every detail exceeds your expectations.
Whether it's an engagement ring, heirloom redesign, anniversary gift, or one-of-a-kind creation, we're honored to have been part of its story.
At pickup you'll receive:

- Complimentary appraisal
- Care and maintenance recommendations
